The pyrolysis process is carried out at a temperature of 400 - 450 degrees Celsius using a catalyst. The results of pyrolysis from a mixture of PE and PP will produce liquid fuel (fuel oil) which if continued with the process of using the destilator (refinary) will produce fuel equivalent to gasoline, kerosene, diesel and heavy oil, where the fourth percentage depends on the percentage of PE mixture and PP input into the reactor. While the results of PS pyrolysis liquid only contain styrenemonomer, styrene dimer and styrene trimer, which if purified will be the raw material of plastic. Benefit / Cost Analysis (B / C) Ratio

Raw materials are all types of plastic or tire / rubber waste. Different results on charcoal (black carbon) from the rubber waste process is greater than the source of plastic waste material.

The cheapest fuel is wood or coal 2 tons per batch, plus syn gas from the process output is returned to the reactor via a burner.
Other costs are electrical power (electro motors, blowers) and labor.
