RAIN WATER HARVEST, RECREATION WELL AND DRINKING WATER

The source of water from rain harvesting since 2009 at the Bandung Green Post was then entered into infiltration wells. After more than 2 years, the area that used to be difficult to water during the dry season now has felt abundance for the fulfillment of clean water needs throughout the year. In fact, even further, with Reverse Osmosis (RO) technology, well water is immediately ready to drink.

The osmosis filtering process will remove 2/3 of raw water for temporary fish ponds, 1/3 into drinking water that meets the requirements (TDS is smaller than 40, DO = 7). The high rainfall, by harvesting and utilizing, in addition to ensuring the presence of water during the dry season, will also maintain the presence of ground water which is now beginning to be threatened due to increasing population and exploitation of excess groundwater.

In addition to fulfilling human needs, rainwater also contains nutrients for plants, parks, greenery and agriculture. That is why, the scriptures state that rainwater is holy and purifies.

Usability:

Practical and efficient machined soil drillers can be used to make holes in various types of soil. Suitable for use in planting trees for reforestation, making infiltration wells for soil fertility and anticipating flooding, can also be used to make holes for straus pile or hole making for the foundation of the house.

Soil damage due to chemical fertilization and compaction and concrete, the fewer soil pores that trap water. As a result, drainage worsens, it is easy for puddles to occur, and the more difficult it is to get ground water. To overcome this, efforts are needed to multiply infiltration holes and soil pores to restore the hydrolgic cycle. The principle of the hydrological cycle is to prolong water upstream, trap and trap it into the ground, including by making infiltration wells.
