3R Mandiri Energy Waste Processing Site (TPS) is a modern waste treatment system in a narrow commercial area of 50 m2, consisting of equipment for processing organic waste (degradable material) capacity of 1 ton / day (installation of RKE 1000 L GPA) including 1 unit of machine 1000 L automatic ARK composter, 1 unit MPO 500 organic electric (electric) and 1 sieving machine MPP 3000 (electric), as well as 0.25 tons inorganic (non degradable material) waste processing equipment including 1 unit MPLP 500 plastic washing machine L (electric), 1 waste sorting conveyor unit (electric) and 1 unit inorganic plastic removal device (Hidrolix 12 T press).

Fulfillment of all electrical power needs (electro motor dynamo, lighting and heat energy) comes from the fermentation of organic waste injected into the PLN network after the Electric Meter through an inverter on grid.

Waste fermentation in the Biomass Power Plant Installation (PLTBM) 90929. The power plant consists of 1 unit of 9 m3 digester reactor, 1 biogas purification unit (methane purifier) MP 12135 (Stainless Steel), 1010 BRT gas holder capacity of 3 m3, 1 generator unit Biogas BG 5 KVA (5000 watt biogas generator set), methanogen GP-7 activator bacteria, sufficient activation of the metagenesis process (for 1 month) and installation equipment (mini compressor, hose, valve, manometer to facilities for turning on stoves and generators).

Waste Capacity

The digester was installed underground 9 m3 for the first time to ferment 4.5 tons of organic waste and, next, 225 kg of organic waste, after being chopped, with an output of at least 9 m3 of biomethan RNG (Renewable Natural Gas). RNG gas has a flame and calorie equivalent to 4.32 kg LPG, or gas fuel can ignite 1 unit of 5 KVA generator (5000 watts) Mix Fuel diesel as much as a minimum of 20 to 27 KWH (kilo watt hour) / day or more from 2 hours / day.

Energy generation from PLTBM of 9 KWH / day above is able to meet the needs of all electrical power for electro motors on all machine tools of the 3R TPS, including for lighting and equipment (cookstoves) of operator personnel.

TPST ME 1.15 T has the total ability to process 1.15 tons / day of organic waste into compost and liquid fertilizer, clean washing, packing and compressing 0.25 tons of plastic waste and sorting various waste in the conveyor 10 m3 / day.
