Bio Electrical Installation BD 3-5000 L shelter consists of 3 unit each 5000 liter digester, 1 trash thrasher MPO 500 HD (Elektrik 3 HP), 3 MP biogas purification unit 24 150 (stainless steel), gas holder capacity 10 m3, 1 unit of BG 2500 w generator (genset biogas power of 2500 watts), activator methane bacteria GP-7 for 1 month as well as equipment installation to the stove and generator units.

This installation is capable of treating waste biomass or organic waste for the first time 15 m³ (equivalent to the weight of 5 tons) and the next day 3 m³ or 0.9 tons / day.

Each day, the output shelter Installation BD 5000 L produces biogas with a purity of> 80% methane (CH4) that has a total of 27 m3 of high calorific power of the flame and as ingredients for cooking stoves equal to 12.42 kg of LPG, or fuel gas can turn 1 unit 2500 watt generator as much as 32.4 KWH (kilo watt hour).

In order for biogas as a renewable energy can be utilized by the wider community, or purified biogas after called biomethan is packaged in a pressurized tube that is more compact, it can be sold at retailers and brought to the public  home as LPG.
