Installation of BD 3000 L Portable Rice Field is a configuration of conversion tools for organic waste and biomass (animal manure, plantation agricultural waste, garden weeds, free water hyacinth water and the like) into fuel (stoves), rice rice, fish and vegetables.

SPECIFICATIONS AND WAYS OF WORK

The trash crusher FMM 1200 ML is installed on a stainless sink with dimensions of equivalent PLT (500 x 460x 195) mm with a capacity of 1200 ml or annihilating grinder 75 kg / day, speed (RPM) RPM r / m: 1420, Voltage 220, power 560 watts, smooths up to 3 mm, weighs 6.5 kg, is free from the necessity for maintenance of the motor dynamo, with a stainless cutter head very strong. Digester BD 3000 L is made of fiberglass PL 07 LPE resin material, type Wr 400 (woven mat) and Jushi-Kwe 300 (random) mat 300 x 104, catalyst Butanox, mirror glase, HCA Dolphin pigment Greenserta HDK aerosil has wall thickness 3-5 mm, capable of fermenting 150 liters / day of waste and biomass (mixture with water 1: 1). BD 3000 L every day produces 3 m3 of biogas (burning energy equivalent to 1.5 kg LPG) and 150 liters of mud (bio slurry)

Bio slurry with a mud pump is channeled to filters and portable probiotic ponds (1000 L KPP) made of a 1000 liter tank equipped with natural inlet activator bacteria or plankton. Dimension of PLT (1 x 1 x 1.2) m has a capacity of holding pond water per unit of 1 m3, each unit is equipped with oxygen aerators. Obtaining 60 kg of compost in a pool of 1000 L KPP, mixed with 1: 1 with soil, was used as a planting medium for rice polybag. A liquid of 100 liters mixed with water becomes a medium for growing fish, in circulation to Verticultural Pot becomes a hydroponic vegetable growing medium and ends in a portable rice field area.
