2. Masukan bibit cacing jenis LR (Lumbricus Rubellus) atau ANC ( African Night Cowler) seberat 2.5 % dari media ( 30 liter) atau 1-2 kg

5. Panen dari pintu bawah tiap saat terlihat pupuk hitam maupun kelebihan cacing.

Hasil Komposter Vermi Tipe M dalam 3 bulan adalah pupuk organik kualitas tinggi (80-90 liter) atau setara berat 50 kg sampah organik (densitas ± 0.8 kg/m3 serta 3 sd 5 kg cacing
