The increasing rate of waste volume from generation sources (residential and commercial factory areas, malls, culinary snack centers) will continue to be a burden for the transportation fleet and the Garbage Final Disposal Site (TPA Landfill). It is known, the organic type is the main cause of the TPA being at risk of fire because of the methane content (CH4), the large amount of leachate that seeps into the ground and the smelly liquid along the road being transported from the TPS.

Meanwhile, on the other hand, there is a condition of increasingly poor agricultural land due to C-Organic content. Organic waste from harvesting food crops (food, kitchen organic waste (SOD) and various other organics) does not return to the upstream (gardens, agriculture) but instead goes to TPA. So, considering:

1. The amount of organic waste in the TPS and the Main Market (vegetables and fruit) is the cause of odor and poor sanitation due to perishable materials

2. Expensive and limited land in TPS areas, commercial land and markets requires volume reduction techniques in order to reduce the cost of mobilizing to warehouses/gardens using compost,

3. Decreasing quality/fertility of agricultural land (organic C <2%) requires the return of organic waste to become fertilizer and agricultural materials


In order to overcome the three problems above, the configuration of the MPD 20 T Dewatering and Dewatering Machine is introduced, which consists of 2 units of the MPO 850 HD Yanmar TF 105 Organic Counting Machine with a capacity of @ 1 ton/hour, the DS 7000 L Dewatering Separator Machine, 1 unit and 1 SP 7000 L sludge pump for filling liquid fertilizer into IBC Tanks or transferring to other shelters as well as piping installations, machine tool holders and 10 IBC tanks.

In addition to the machines and tools above, 2 units of Garbage Sorting and Pulverizing machines are included (Dimensions 150x80x100 cm, UNP 80 frame material, 3.2 mm MS Plate Body, 8 mm Rotor Plate, Capacity 5-6 m3/hour, 12 mm Concrete Iron Filter , Yanmar TF 105 Drive).
