Armed with the experience of building a biogas installations in over 100 locations since 2009 , following the RNG Biometan introduced Digester Biogas ( Renewable Natural Gas ) - a device for ensuring the reactor biomass fermentation process for the generation of biomethane ( CH4 ) and organic fertilizer in a controlled system . Each installation of Biogas Digester ( BD ) Biometan RNG has included the installation of equipment in order to ensure productivity reached the standard of acquisition ( that 1 ton of biomass ~ 40 m3 of biogas and organic fertilizer 40 % ) . The BD digester equipped compressor ( complete installation equipment ) , mixers and slurry pumps , purifying biogas ( Methane Purifier ) , gas flow meter , mud pumps ( circulation ) , thrasher ( biogas ) , gastrointestinal pump ( grinder ) , and the processor ( pH , temperature ) all of which are driven by an electric power generator and engine providers ( search ) made from biogas propulsion . Completeness of the device will follow the minimum standards biomass management will subtract PH , temperature and C / N ratio for the acquisition of pure biogas quality ( biometan RNG ) .

Pure biogas energy ( biometan RNG ) per 1 m3 have equality with 0:46 kg of LPG = 0.62 liters of kerosene = 0.80 liters of gasoline = 3:50 kg firewood . Biometan biogas digester RNG is suitable for use in addressing the problems posed by biomass ( weeds ) in rural and water ( water hyacinth , sedimentation of rivers and lakes ) and completed the organic waste in urban areas ( in TPS and TPA ) .
